Heard Sri A. Rama Mohan Rao, learned counsel for the
petitioner and Ms. Dyumani, learned Standing Counsel for
Respondent-Bank.
The proceedings initiated, including 13(4) notice dated 28.07.2022 under the provisions of SARFAESI Act are under challenge in the present Writ Petition.
Section 17 of the Act provides for an alternative remedy against the proceedings impugned in the present Writ Petition.
In view of the same, leaving liberty to the petitioner herein to avail the said remedy under Section 17 of the Act within a period of two (02) weeks from today, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case, shall stand closed.
