ORDER:
Sri V.V.Satish, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the civil revision petition since it was represented by learned counsel for the respondents that the suit O.S.No.73 of 2016 on the file of the XIII Additional District Judge, Gajuwaka, was dismissed with costs by judgment and decree dated 27.10.2022.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications in this case shall stand closed.
