The petitioner challenged the Judgment of the appellate Court in Criminal Appeal No.215 of 2005, when the petitioner filed the same, the appellate Court modified the fine amount from Rs.2,000/- to Rs.70,000/- by setting aside the substantive sentence. But the revision petitioner is not getting ready.
