ORDER:

The petitioner has approached this Court with the complaint that the complaint filed by the petitioner before the 1st respondent has not been registered and the contention of the 1st respondent that the said complaint was not received by him at all, is incorrect.

2. The petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to register the said complaint and take action thereupon.

3. This Court in its judgment dated 30.07.2022 in W.P.No.8384 of 2020 held that a writ petition seeking such a direction is not maintainable.

4. In view of the said judgment, this writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail of his remedies in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
