At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that stay was granted by this Court long back due to which trial is held up.
However, in view of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Limited and Another v. Central Bureau of Investigation (2018) 16 SCC 299, stay is not in force. The trial Court may proceed with the matter.
Post the matter after three weeks.
