This revision is filed against the judgment in Crl.A.No.173 of 2000 on the file of the I Additional Sessions Judge, Nellore, dated 12.07.2004 confirming the conviction imposed on the petitioner for the offence under Sections 3 and 4 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.
In spite of granting time, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner is not getting ready. In the circumstances, issue bailable warrant against the petitioner through the concerned Police conditioning that if the petitioner is able to furnish a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only), she would be released and she should appear before this Court to give necessary instructions to the counsel for the petitioner to argue the matter.
List the matter on 07.12.2022.
