________ TRR, J I.A.No.1 of 2022 The petitioner is sole accused in C.C.No.173 of 2018 on the file of learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Sattenapalli. She was convicted for the offence punishable under Section 357 of Cr.P.C. and was sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of one year and to pay compensation of Rs.7,51,070/- and in default of payment of compensation to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of three months. Against the same, an appeal in Crl.A.No.247 of 2019 on the file of learned III Additional Sessions Judge, Guntur is preferred and the same is dismissed confirming the said judgment of conviction and sentence.
Therefore, the present criminal revision is preferred by the petitioner before this Court.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be an interim suspension of the execution of sentence of imprisonment imposed against the petitioner till disposal of this revision. Petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing security for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Sattenapalli.
