seeks interim order in I.A.No.1 of 2022
which is filed for stay of all further
proceedings in pursuance of the decree
and judgment passed in A.S.No.20 of 2017
in the court of II Additional District Judge
at Parvathipuram confirming the judgment
and order passed in O.S.No.1 of 2010 in
the court of the Senior Civil Judge at
Parvathipuram stating that the execution
petition was already filed based on the
decree for eviction passed by the trail
Court and the appellate court has not
granted any time to vacate the property
while confirming the decree and judgment
in the suit and thus there is every threat
for execution of the decree at any
movement.
The learned counsel for the
respondent nos.2 to 4 is present and
submitted that he has not yet received any material papers as he has recently filed vakalat for them.
Post on 12.07.2022. Till then, interim order is granted, as prayed for.
