______ KSR,J I.A.No. 1 of 2022 This application is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation, dated 27.10.2021 made by the petitioner, in terms of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, dated 12.05.2021 in Uttar Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation Limited and Anr. V. CG Power and Industrial Limited and Anr.1 Heard.

circumstances of the case and in view of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court, dated 12.05.2021 in Uttar Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation Limited case (Supra), respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.05.2021, and pass appropriate orders within the period of eight (08) weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order.

______ KSR,J I.A.No. 2 of 2022 This application is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to further deduct the labour cess from the pending and future invoices of the petitioner, pending disposal of the writ petition.

Heard.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, so also, in view of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court, dated 12.05.2021 in Uttar Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation Limited case (Supra), respondents 1 to 3 are directed not to further deduct the labour cess from the pending and future invoices of the petitioner.
