Sri G.Venkateswarulu, learned counsel for the petitioner has
submitted a letter dated 23.03.2022 to the Registrar Judicial,
Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record submitting as follows:
"I have filed above W.P.No.28061 of 2021 on behalf of
our client Dasari Anthony Prakash and now he wants to
withdraw the above said W.P.No.28061 of 2021.
Kindly direct the concerned office to post the
W.P.No.28061 of 2021 "For Withdrawal" tomorrow's cause
list."
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ
petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
Sri M.Vidyasagar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for
the respondents has no objection.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
