JUDGMENT:
Sri A. Srinivas Rao, learned counsel representing Sri M.V.S. Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant reported that the sole appellant died. A letter dated 21.12.2020 was addressed to the sole appellant by way of registered post stating that Sri M.V.S. Suresh Kumar has been Designated as a Senior Counsel. But the said letter was returned with an endorsement that "addressee is expired".
Hence the present Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
