APPEAL SUIT No.85 OF 2001 JUDGMENT:-
The unsuccessful plaintiff filed the present appeal, aggrieved by the decree and judgment, dated 30.03.2000 passed in O.S.No.115 of 1989 on the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Nellore, Nellore District, whereby the trial Court dismissed the suit.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms. M. Anusha, learned counsel representing Sri V. Parabrahma Sastri, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the matter was settled out of Court.
Recording the above submission and as no cause survives for adjudication, this appeal is closed. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
