JUDGMENT:-
No representation from the side of the petitioners.
On 23.06.2022 also, there was no representation from either
side.
Sri Ambati Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the
respondents is present.
He represents that the petition was already withdrawn by the 1st petitioner and was dismissed as such by order dated 08.08.2017.
He further submits that the 2nd petitioner wrote a letter to his counsel to withdraw the petition, a copy of which was submitted to the corporation/respondents.
The 3rd petitioner has already retired from service. Be that as it may, as the matter pertains to the year 2011 and the learned counsel for the petitioners is not present, inspite of listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal', this petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
