JUDGMENT:-
On 13.06.2022, there was no representation for the
petitioner. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner.
The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the transfer
proceedings. In the year 2013, interim stay was granted in the
present Writ Petition. At that time, the age of the petitioner was
about 57 years.
Sri G.Simhadri, learned counsel appearing for the
respondents submits that now the petitioner has retired from
service as nine years have already elapsed. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication and no further orders are required in the Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition deserved to be closed.
In view of the aforesaid, the Writ Petition is closed as nothing survives for further adjudication.
No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
