1. 15.6.2022 SRS, J Crl.A.No.206 of 2022 This appeal is directed by the de facto complainant against the judgment dated 24.03.2022 in Criminal Appeal No.17 of 2020 on the file of the learned VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Piler.
The de facto complainant filed complaint and the police filed charge sheet in C.C.No.184 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of I class - cum - Junior Civil Judge, Vayalpad, Chittoor District for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 324 and 506 I.P.C.
Vide judgment dated 07.01.2020, the learned Magistrate convicted the accused for the offence punishable under Section 324 I.P.C. and acquitted him for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 506 I.P.C. Challenging the same, Criminal Appeal No.17 of 2020 was filed by the accused and the appellate Court allowed the appeal acquitting him for the offence punishable under Section 324 I.P.C. Hence, the present appeal is filed by the de facto complainant.
