JUDGMENT:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by Sri Mahadeva Kanthrigala, learned counsel for the appellant that his counterpart Sri K. Jitendra, learned counsel appearing for the appellant in the District Court, stated that the matter was settled out of Court and that parties are not in touch with him.
2. In view of the above submission, no cause survives for adjudication and hence, no orders are required to be passed in this appeal.
3. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed. No costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
