COMMON JUDGMENT :

     Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned

counsel for the respondent No.6.

The appellant and the 6th respondent are present in the Court, who are contesting parties, and both are brothers. They filed a joint Memo in S.A.No.1663 of 2018 dated 24.06.2022. Parties are also identified by the respective counsels in the Court Hall today. Xerox copies of Aadhaar Cards of the parties are placed in the Court bundle with their signatures.

In terms of the said compromise and the joint memo, the Second Appeal is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
