                         The application is filed seeking extension
                   of time, prescribed, to comply the interim
                   order, dated 07.02.2011.

                         The above appeal is filed against the
                   Judgment and Decree dated 31.01.2006 in
                   O.S.No132     of   1999,    which      was   filed   for
                   recovery of an amount of Rs.13,14,720/- and
                   the   same    was    decreed      for   an    amount
                   Rs.8,40,668/- and interest @15% p.a. on
                   principal amount of Rs.5,65,155/- from the
                   date of suit i.e. 06.06.1998 till the date of
                   decree and thereafter @6% p.a. till realization.

                         By Order dated 07.02.2011 this Court
                   granted interim stay subject to the condition of
                   the petitioner depositing half of the amount
                   awarded by the Court below within a period of
                   eight (8) weeks. The Court also added the
                   default clause.

                         I.A.No.2 of 2018 is filed seeking to
                   extend/enlarge      the    time   to    deposit      the
                   amount. The amount was deposited by way of
                   cheque bearing No.524247, dated 08.06.2012
                   for Rs.8,48,000/- on 18.06.2012.

                         Sri    S.Rajan,      Learned      counsel      for
                   respondent would submit that the cheque

amount was received by the Decree Holder/ respondent.

In view of the same, the time granted to deposit the amount as per the interim order dated 07.02.2011 is extended.

Interim order granted earlier by this Court in A.S.M.P.No.72 of 2011 is extended till the disposal of the appeal.

In view of order passed in I.A.No.2 of 2018, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is closed.
