AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GANNAMANENI RAMAKRISHNA PRASAD LETTER PATENT APPEAL No.67 of 1990 JUDGMENT: (per UDPR, J) When the matter was called on 24.06.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant, as such, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption for dismissal on 01.07.2022.
Even today, when the matter is called, there no representation on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant has no interest in prosecuting the appeal.
Accordingly, this letter patent appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
