Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the writ petitioner, submitted that he had filed a letter in the office of the Registry seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition challenging the subsequent developments therein.

3. In view of the request made by the learned counsel for withdrawal, permission is accorded.
