AND THE HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE K.MANMADHA RAO WRIT APPEAL No.927 OF 2021 JUDGMENT:- (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.Praveen Kumar) Sri Challa Dhanamjaya, learned counsel appearing for the appellants, seeks permission to withdraw the writ appeal with liberty to make an appropriate application before the learned single Judge as the matter was disposed of without hearing the appellants. He also submits that the inconsistent enquiry reports of the Tahsildar were not brought to the notice of the learned single Judge.

2. Having regard to the above, permission, as sought for, is accorded.

3. Granting liberty as sought for, Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Appeal shall stand closed.
