JUDGMENT (ORAL)
Dt: 10.02.2022 (per Prashant Kumar Mishra, CJ) The present writ appeal is preferred against an interim order dated 25.01.2022 in W.P. No.1890 of 2022 passed by the learned single Judge, suspending the operation of the impugned proceedings for a period of eight (08) weeks.
Instead of preferring a vacate petition, the appellants, who are arrayed as respondents No.5 to 9 in the writ petition, have rushed to the appellate court. We are not inclined to entertain this writ appeal against the interim order of the learned single Judge. However, liberty is 2 reserved in favour of the appellants to prefer vacate petition before the learned single Judge.
Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. PRASHANT KUMAR MISHRA, CJ M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY, J GM
