The learned counsel for the petitioner
contends that the earlier order of the trial court in the suit has to give way to the subsequent award passed by the Legal Services Authority and as such, the execution petition filed for executing the decree of the trial court would not be maintainable and the petitioner could be evicted only by filing execution petition for enforcing the award passed by the Legal Services Authority.
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to place judgments before this court on the question of whether the decree of the trial court has merged into the award passed by the Legal Services Authority.
