(Per Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah) The matter has been listed today under the heading 'For Being Mentioned', in view of the office note dated 31.01.2022, pointing out typographical error in the judgment dated 27.12.2021 to the effect that at paragraph no.4, the reference to 'criminal petition' has wrongly typed, though it should have been 'writ petition'.
2. Accordingly, let the reference to 'criminal petition' in paragraph no.4 of the judgment dated 27.12.2021 be read as 'writ petition' in place of 'criminal petition'. The rest of the order shall remain unchanged.
3. The judgment dated 27.12.2021 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
