JUDGMENT:
(per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.Praveen Kumar) The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the main suit itself has been settled in Lok Adalat, as such, seeks permission to withdraw the present C.M.A., which is filed against the order in an I.A. in the suit. Permission, as sought for, is accorded. Accordingly, C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn.
No order as to costs of the appeal.
