In view of the judgment dated 01.11.2019 in S.C.No.139 of 2017 before the I Additional Sessions Judge, Guntur who was holding full charge of Special Court for Speedy Trial of Offences under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Guntur, there shall be stay of all further proceedings in J.C.C. No.37 of 2020, on the file of the Chairman, Juvenile Justice Board and IV Additional Juvenile Civil Judge, Guntur, including the appearance of the petitioners, pending further orders.
