               CONTEMPT CASE No.3927 of 2022

JUDGMENT:-

1.   Heard Sri K.Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the

petitioner and Sri A.Tulasi Raj Gokul, learned counsel for the

respondent No.1.

2. This Contempt Petition was filed for the alleged disobedience of the judgment/order dated 07.04.2022, in as much as the petitioner's original documents with the respondents were not being returned to the petitioners.

3. The original documents of the petitioner have been returned after filing of the Contempt Petition, which is admitted by the petitioner's counsel. The respondent No.1, to whom the notice was issued, has also tendered unconditional apology. An affidavit has also been filed inter alia submitting that it was unintentional and was not willful and due to inadvertence.

4. Considering the aforesaid, the contempt case is closed and the notices issued to the respondent are discharged.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
