This petition is filed to grant stay of all
further proceedings including the execution
of Judgment and decree dated 23-06-2022
passed by the MACT-cum- I Additional
District Judge, Kadapa in MVOP No.117 of
2014 pending disposal of the appeal.
Learned counsel for the appellant
submitted that the appeal is preferred
challenging the appeal on the ground that
the Tribunal has not properly appreciated the
evidence and fixed high rate of notional
income without there being proof of income
and granted excess amount of compensation.
Learned counsel further submitted that
the vehicle was implanted for making claim

against the insurance company, since an
unknown vehicle was reported to cause
accident as per the FIR.
In the light of the serious contest raised
against the claim, it is a fit matter to grant
interim stay, till the next date of hearing.
