1.     These writ appeals would call in question the orders passed by

learned single Judge allowing W.P.Nos.68 of 2018, 122 of 2018, 172 of

2018, 2113 of 2018 and 3150 of 2019 filed by the respondents/writ

petitioners aggrieved by inclusion of their properties in prohibited list of properties.

2. In the course of hearing, Mr. B. Sesibushan Rao, learned Government Pleader attached to the office of the learned Additional Advocate General and the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners would jointly submit that the issue involved in these appeals is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in W.A.No.921 of 2021, dated 03.01.2022. Copy of the said judgment is placed before this Court for perusal.

3. Considering the commonality of the issues involved in these writ appeals and W.A.No.921 of 2021, we are inclined to dismiss these writ appeals.

4. Accordingly, these Writ Appeals are dismissed in terms of the judgment dated 03.01.2022 in W.A.No.921 of 2021. No costs. All the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
