On perusal of the proceedings
dated 23.07.2022, it is clear that the said proceedings are contrary to the observations made by this Court in various Judgments stating that the respondents have to issue notices in Form I and II to both assignees and to the purchasers.
But in the instant case, they have issued Form I notice to the assignees and Form II notices to the purchasers.
In view of the above, the proceedings of the 5th respondent dated 23.07.2022 are suspended.
Post after four(4) weeks for filing counter.
