Heard Ms. Kavitha Gottipati, learned Counsel appearing for the Appellants and Sri. Bheema Rao, learned Government Pleader for Services.
2. Aggrieved by the Common Order, dated 12th February, 2021, passed in W.P. No. 1492 of 2021 and batch, the present Writ Appeal came to be filed under Clause 15 of Letter Patent Act.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the Counsel agree that this Writ Appeal can be disposed of, at the admission stage, in view of the Order's passed in Writ Appeal No.140 of 2021. The operative portion of the Order in Writ Appeal No.140 of 2021, reads as under:
"7. Considering the above circumstances and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, while declining to interfere with the order of the learned single Judge, we dispose of this writ appeal with an observation that as and when fresh transfer process is undertaken by the authorities of the State under the existing guidelines or the new guidelines, all the vacancies shall be notified in accordance with the guidelines.
8. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is disposed of. No costs."2
4. Making the said Judgment a part of this Order, the present Writ Appeal is disposed of. No order as to costs.
5. As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
