________ AVSS,J ______ VS,J I.A.No.2 of 2022 Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant and taking into consideration the grounds of appeal and the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application, there shall be interim stay of all further proceedings including the execution of judgment and decree dated 03.02.2020 in M.V.O.P.No.02 of 2012 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-Cum-First Additional District Judge, Chittoor, subject to the appellant depositing half of the awarded 2 amount together with interest and costs within a period of eight (8) weeks and on such deposit, claimant is entitled to withdraw the same in accordance with the arrangement made by the Tribunal in the impugned award.
