2. Sri T.D. Phani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner represents that he has instructions from the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition, it may be dismissed as withdrawn.
3. On a query made by the Court, the learned counsel submits that the consequences of withdrawal of the writ petition, have been explained to the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. No order as to costs.
6. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
