                    CRIMINAL PETITON No. 379 OF 2017

ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner/accused was acquitted of the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420 and 376 of IPC vide judgment dated 14.08.2018 in S.C.No.176 of 2015 on the file of the X Additional District & Sessions Judge, Anakapalli, Visakhapatnam and hence, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and it becomes infructuous.

Recording the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
