CRIMINAL APPEAL NO.1530 OF 2006
JUDGMENT:-
When the matter is called for hearing, it is represented by
the learned counsel for the appellant that the sole appellant died
on 16-05-2020. He further stated that though he has informed
about the pendency of Criminal Appeal to the Legal
Representatives of the deceased-appellant, they are not coming
forward to prosecute the present Appeal. Hence, he requested to
dismiss the Appeal as abated.
Accordingly, recording the above said submission, the
Criminal Appeal is dismissed as abated.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed
in consequence.
