5. 22.04.2022 CPK, J I.A.No.1 of 2019 Sri N.Mohan Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner, shall serve a set a papers on Sri K.Narsi Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.2, and also on learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondent No.7.
At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Narsi Reddy, learned counsel, submits that he will place the proposal of allotting alternate land to the petitioner institution before respondent No.2 and try to solve the issue at the earliest.

I.A.No.2 of 2019 Learned counsel for the respondents would contend that there is a delay of 1289 days in preferring the review application but the same is opposed by the learned counsel for the petitioner contending that in view of the judgment passed by the common High Court at Hyderabad in W.A.No.661 of 2006, the question of delay in filing the review application will not arise. According to him, suffice if some reason is given for filing the said application at a belated stage.
