ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
"To issue Writ of Mandamus declaring action of the respondents in paying only exgratia to the petitioners lands trees and wells as illegal and unjust and consequently direct the respondents to pay compensation to the petitioners lands trees in Sy.No.1147/5 an extent of Ac.2-19 cents, Sy.No.1147/6-B an extent of Ac.0-17 cents Sy.No.1147/4 an extent of Ac.2-23 cents, Sy.No.1147/8 an extent of Ac.2-00 cents, Sy.No.1129/3 an extent of Ac.4-73 cents, Sy.No.1442/A2 an extent of Ac.4-20 cents, Sy.No.1133/1 an extent of Ac.4-65 cents, Sy.No.1141/9 an extent of Ac.0-34 cents, Sy.No.1137/3 an extent of Ac.1-12 cents, Sy.No.1143/2A2 an extent of Ac.1-41 cents, Sy.No.1143/2B2 an extent of Ac.2-29 cents of Rapur Village and mandal SPSR Nellore District in terms of larger bench Judgment passed in Land Acquisition Officer-cum-Revenue Divisional Officer Domalguda Vs Mekala Pandu and others reported in 20042 ALD 451 and as affirmed by Apex Court vide order dated 04.08. 2014 in Civil Appeal Nos.7904-7912/2012"
Learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration would submit that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.44006 of 2017 dated 26.04.2021.
Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration, this writ petition is disposed of, in terms of the said order in W.P.No.44006 of 2017 dated 26.04.2021. No costs.
The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the order in W.P.No.44006 of 2017 dated 26.04.2021, to this order.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
