CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.322 of 2022
ORDER:
It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to filing of the present Civil Revision Petition, the main suit O.S.No.107 of 2017 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Anantapur, Anantapur District, is disposed of by the Decree and Judgment dated 09.03.2022.
In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
