ORDER
The petitioner, who owns goods carriage vehicle bearing No.AP27TY2077 was called upon to pay an amount of Rs.74,700/- towards tax arrears penalty and quarterly tax payable for the present quarter up to 31.03.2021. Aggrieved by the said demand, the petitioner had given representation on 04.04.2022. As the said representation given for exemption from payment of tax has not been considered, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of the present writ petition.
In view of the judgment of this Court dated 01.09.2021 in W.P.No.13780 of 2020 and batch, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Transport Commissioner, Prakasam District to consider the said representation dated 04.04.2022 and pass orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
