ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18.04.2022 (Per Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah) Heard Mr. E. V. V. S. Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the appellants.

2. The present Appeal has been filed against the order dated 21.02.2022 passed in I.A. No.105(a)/2022 in OPSR No.2673 of 2021 by the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, East Godavari District, by which the petition seeking leave of the Court 2 to prefer a petition seeking divorce within one year of the date of marriage, has been rejected.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the Appeal be disposed of with liberty to approach the Court below, afresh, in accordance with law, which may be considered without being prejudiced by the order impugned.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands disposed of with liberty aforesaid.

5. It is made clear that the Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the merits of the matter. No order as to costs.

6. Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending, also stand disposed of.
