The appeal was listed on 23.02.2022 and since there was no representation on behalf of appellant either in Forenoon or in Afternoon, it was adjourned to 02.03.2022. On 02.03.2022, since there was no representation, the appeal was directed to be listed on 08.03.2022 under the caption "for dismissal". The appeal was listed on 08.03.2022, 09.03.2022, 14.03.2022, 23.03.2022, 29.03.2022, 06.04.2022 and 11.04.2022. There was no representation on behalf of the appellant on any of the above occasions.
Since the appellant is not interested to prosecute the appeal, the appeal suit is dismissed for non-prosecution.
As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
