Article 378A Constitution of India: Special provision as to duration of Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly ( English )

अनुच्छेद 172 में किसी बात के होते हुए भी, राज्य पुनर्गठन अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 28 और धारा 29 के उपबंधों के अधीन गठित आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य की विधान सभा, यदि पहले ही विघटित नहीं कर दी जाती है तो, उक्त धारा 29 में निर्दिष्ट तारीख से पाँच वर्ष की अवधि तक बनी रहेगी, इससे अधिक नहीं और उक्त अवधि की समाप्ति का परिणाम उस विधान सभा का विघटन होगा।
